What is Expatatas ?  

Expatatas wants to spotlight the rich history of the potato accross Europe. The goal is to spotlight the rich culinary tradition of the home country.

Featuring classic dishes such as Leek & Potato Soup and Stuffed Potato Skins. Nowhere in Irish cookery is there found such versatility as in the treatment of the humble potato.

The potato, spud, pratie or Murphy can be served in some form or other at every meal!
